I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. My work is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and a deep belief in the capacity for healing and growth. I’ve had the privilege of serving in a variety of roles, including crisis services, community mental health, and private practice. These diverse settings have shaped my approach to therapy as one that is flexible, trauma-informed, and person-centered.
My clinical training includes extensive specialization in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I provide individual therapy for adults, with a focus on treating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, occupational stress, and relationship difficulties.
In addition to my professional work, I volunteer as a workshop facilitator for the Institute for Healing of Memories – North America, an organization dedicated to helping individuals find meaning, connection, and healing through storytelling and reflection. This work is close to my heart and deeply aligned with my values around compassion, dignity, and post-traumatic growth.
